Frequently Asked Questions

I saved a Spot via the Alert screen but it hasn’t appeared

  1. Depending on your network connection, it can take a little while to appear because it has to go back to the website which checks the data, then the app downloads it again.
  2. Check your network connection

There are no sites appearing in the search Sites screen

  1. In the Sites search, click Start Again to clear your previous search
  2. You can check if you have sites by just clicking the Search button
  3. If there are sites, you will receive a list.
  4. Try your search again by entering part of the Site name or ID if you know it.
  5. If there are no sites, you will need to go to the Settings page
  6. Make sure you have a good internet connection
  7. Tap the Update Sites button
  8. Wait for the message under the button to turn into Finished Download. This may take time but it gives you messages as it goes through the process.
  9. Check the Sites search again.
